I'm Gretchen Becker, founder of Tech Iris Enterprises, LLC — a boutique IT consulting firm delivering mentorship and project management services to high-growth companies across the globe. I’ve been fortunate to have lived in the USA and the United Kingdom and have a lot of experience working with software development organizations in India.

I earned my MBA from the University of Miami with a specialization in e-commerce & marketing. My undergraduate degree is in Finance. I have the tenacity to continuously learn about human relations, mindfulness and the latest tech. I enjoy building stakeholder relationships and learning a businesses in depth so that I am entrusted to act as the “customer’s voice”.

I founded Tech Iris Enterprises LLC to give companies easy access to a single person who is a leader, mentor & project management consultant — without the overhead of a full-time employee.

My niche is helping make projects not painful. Many times the problem is communication. I believe that even with AI, there still is the need for a human to teach the art of effective communication to cross-cultural teams.
